edit: is the shout box mentioned in the video below now in F, hence why theres no download? i had it on the old forum. trying to find it again... still nO acp , hence my question. just trying to do what i can with the site with what i can access at the moment, make the most of the free time i have right now.

That video is 6 years old. I think there are other sites out there that have them, but last I knew, Lonestar wanted to remove Sentinel from the CMS, which I am for since the whole IP2Country is based on IPv4 and some people are on IPv6, which Sentinel is not designed to work with.
Unfortunately, I did a search and I can't seem to find a IP2Country table that meets the minimum requirements to work with Sentinel that is free. The ones I am finding start off at $50 a month and go up from there.
However, this table here:
That is the most recent one I have and as of today, it's about a year old, so is the best option. IP2Country tables don't change drastically, and before I start releasing updates, Nuke CMS's were not updating the tables often, if at all.
As for your question about the forum shoutbox. That was for Evo Xtreme 2.0.9d. I still have the updated shoutbox that Lonestar did for 2.0.9d, but I don't know or think it will work on F. with that said, I don't think the forums shoutbox addition will work either. I know Lonestar said he was working on an update a while ago, but I don't think he went very far with it. If you have a local, you can try installing it and see what happens, but I wouldn't do it on a live site.

Though I did have some fiddling around with positioning, but I think that was due to the theme I am using.
I know Lonestar was working on an update for it, but, as is, it does work.
I do have a section in my downloads that is 2.0.9e / f scripts.

I did a group one a long time ago, but I don't remember much of it. The one I use on my site is not the group one, but individual one.
I have not looked at the group one since I released it on CT. I know McGyver made a steam group module a few years ago or so. But I don't think he ever released it, and I don't think his site is up still.
