For those of you that come here looking for support, especially since the Evo site has been down. If you have not tried it yet, the Evo Xtreme site is back online.

You may need to flush your DNS.
Depending on what OS you are using, open command prompt, like on Windows 10, in the search bar, type CMD and you will see the command prompt app, right click on it and run it as administrator. Then type in ipconfig /flushdns and then you should be all set.
