the right hand block where users avatar normal is does not display if they use external link, when I right click and look at properties the address shows current website followed by external website and error saying picture cannot be found on this website?....eg:-...

I have increased the mb size and uploaded the pic to the site and that works as a temp fix, but nobody can use an external link for avatars.

Dunno, did you search the Evo Xtreme forums to see if this has been asked before?
It to me sounds like a possible misconfiguration. But honestly, I don't know because I really don't suggest people allowing linking of offsite avatars. I recommend them in allowing the uploading of the files and use the defaults, and that's it.


EDIT:
The reason for me recommending not allowing off site avatars to be used is because it can slow your site down a lot. Especially if the image is no longer there or has some type of issue.
