I have one question about the video, it says something about tier 8 arty moving to tier 10 arty. I don't quite get that. If someone would be so kind and ex plane that to me that would be great.

All it means is the current teir 8 arty is moving to the tier 10 slot, all arty will be moved up by 2 teirs, is all, and the 2 slots open may or may not have replacement vehicles
