4 cups shredded chopped cooked chicken 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup 1 cup sour cream 1 can tomatoes, undrained 1 can black beans, rinse them and drain them 1 pkg taco seasoning 4 cups crushed tortillia chips 2 cups cheddar cheese or some Mexican cheese
* Prehead over 350 degrees * Combine the chicken, soups, sour cream, tomatoes, black beans and seasonings in a bowl and stir it together * Spread half of the chicken misture in the dish. Sprinkle with half the chips and cheese. Repeat to create another layer of this stuff * Start baking until you think its done and the cheese is all bubbly
Of Note: I don't use a lot of sodium but you can knock yourself out with it.
