I noticed that the two default IP lookups were not working right, so here is a fix for it. You must be running the Evo Xtreme 2.0.9d PHP 5.4 compliant version for your CMS.

- Upload folders from the public_html folder to your sites root, (public_html folder) keeping the folder structure.
- Clear your sites cache by going to ACP -> Cache and clicking the [ Clear Cache ].
- Go into ACP -> Sentinel and in the "General Settings" find "IP Lookup Site:" and select which you want and CLICK the submit, even if your not changing.
That should be it.
