Over the past month, I have been updating the website to Evo 2.0.9f which is still not fully released. At the same time I have been updating my scripts to take full advantage of the features of the CMS.
Well, at the same time I did an update to the site which some things were lost or removed. But at the same time, our site has been running slow. If anyone has come to the site in the past month, you had to have noticed that our main page was taking between 6 - 10+ seconds to load. That was completely unacceptable.
Well, while doing updates to my scripts, I believe I have found the culprit that was causing the slowdown of the site. So far my test show that it has speed up and all the modules I have been updating to use the cache system also seems to help a little.
Overall, if you see anything wrong on the site or have any suggestions, let me know.
