Take a look and let me know. I designed this with a max width of 575px and a min width of 525px. I believe that is small enough for a theme like yours.

I measured your shoutbox and that looked like it was coming in at 570px wide, so I was trying to base it off that. I will pack that up in the next day or two after I finish cleaning it up a bit.
