Where will I find download blocks other than the 2 that come with the current CMS version?
Scrolling Download Block?
New Download Block?

Anything of this nature.

I think Teo or Shadz has one, but other than that, not really anything there unless it is custom made. If your using the repository instead of the Downloads module, i don't think there are any made.

I don't think one was made yet. May be able to port or write one up, but as of now, there are none.

Geezzz, I just realized I don't have that File Repository you speak of. The one I have is really cool but I can't remember where I got it from; but after looking at my comrades evo sites, the File Repository they are using is so clean, fresh and is detailed.

I need one ... zunge zeigen

or maybe not -- I ain't sure!

For Evo, there were 2 made. One was the Downloads, and then the Repository. But I did release a update to the original DL section which added a bunch of new features, but, I stopped because I knew the Repository was coming out.

Magnet, the one you have is the Evo Downloads 1.2.1 Patched which is the one I did.

Lonestar liked a bunch of the mods I did and implemented them into the Repository which is why I recommend using it instead of the DL module. I will look into doing a block maybe for it some time soon. I have another project I am going to start working on this weekend so that would need to wait till after this thing I am going to be working on.
