Here is the latest DB of IP 2 Country.
This DB was up to date as of 3/21/2016

Download the attached file and run the SQL through PhpMyAdmin. Once the DB is updated, follow these steps.

Go to ACP -> Nuke Sentinel -> IP to Country Menu
On the far right menu, you will see the following options:

IP2C Update Blocked IP's
IP2C Update Tracked IP's
IP2C Update Blocked Ranges
IP2C Update Excluded Ranges
IP2C Update Protected Ranges

you need to update all of them.
