Okay, give these files a try overwriting the ones you have there now.
Note, this is only for version 3.1 and will not become a feature.
Thanks Corpse. I've overwritten the files and backed up the old ones.
Was this supposed to allow me to change the 'Who can view this'? If so, I still see no dropdown to do so. I've tried clearing my browser cache and the website cache but still nothing.
I'm only using v3.1 I have no other versions Installed.
Is there something else I should be doing?

It would not be possible to change the groups that can see a module set to home, without re-coding a majority of the CMS, I assume coRsPE has just done an "IF ELSE" statement, so the news wont show until they have logged in.
For example, When you have made a news post and it displays on the homepage, if you are logged in you will see the text, if not, Probably a message asking you to login before been allowed to see the news.

Thanks for updating me with that knowledge Lone. I just logged out and noticed that it is asking me to log or register to see our latest news.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Yeah, just as Lodestar said, I just did a simple if else statement using the function is_user(). If its true, then it would show, otherwise, tell you to login or register.
